Exchanges and Returns
► We are very concerned with your satisfaction so we make clear the rules. Know that for some dropout, defect or nonconformity, you have every right to exchange it or return it. But it is important to be aware that we do not exchange if the product has been tampered with. The refund process for withdrawal or product defect, only be initiated upon receipt and check their condition. We are not responsible for their olfactory satisfaction with the product, so be absolutely sure of this by purchasing and we will be available for any clarification on the same. This policy extends to all products available in our store.
► All of our customers have seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the product to be exchanged or returned. The shipping costs for exchanges or refunds within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product without confirmation defects are the responsibility of the consumer, according to procedure passed by attendants at the time of analysis.
For authorization of return, the customer must inform the ICHIBAN PERFUMES & COSMETICS by e-mail email@example.com or by telephone, stating why you want to exchange or return. Our attendants will review your request and will inform you the procedures to exchange or return the product.
We can not exchange or returns products outside of the conditions mentioned above.
► Deadlines for exchanges and returns
If the product proves conditions for exchange or refund, ICHIBAN PERFUMES & COSMETICS will send a new product within fifteen (15) days from the date of arrival of the claimed product.
► Shipping Fees
Exchanges or refunds within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product without confirmation defects are the responsibility of the consumer. The shipping fees for defect or damage product will be refund by ICHIBAN PERFUMES & COSMETICS.
